How often should I clean my winter coat?
The right timing depends on how often you wear it, its condition and its care label. Before colder weather arrives, check your coat for marks and wear. Bring it in if you are unsure whether it needs cleaning, or ask about cleaning before seasonal storage.
Will dry cleaning damage my Canada Goose?
Care requirements vary by garment. Bring your Canada Goose coat and its care label so we can assess it before accepting it for cleaning. We do not make blanket promises about a brand's cleaning suitability or warranty coverage.
Can you remove salt stains?
Bring the coat in so we can look at the marks and discuss what may be possible. Tell us how long they have been there and whether you have tried treating them. Not every stain can be removed.
Do you clean the fur trim?
Please bring the trim and any separate care label with your coat. Natural fur, faux fur and detachable pieces can have different requirements, so ask us to assess them rather than assuming they can be cleaned with the coat.
Can I ask about coat alterations at the same visit?
