Start with the workwear and the job

Oil sands and industrial workwear can have different care requirements from everyday clothes. A coverall’s label, condition and exposure history matter when choosing a service. Tell the store what your items have been used for instead of describing the whole order simply as uniforms.

FR coveralls and protective clothing

Share the manufacturer’s care instructions and your employer’s requirements before arranging cleaning. If a label is missing or unclear, get the relevant information from the manufacturer or workplace contact first.

Cleaning does not certify flame resistance, visibility or workplace compliance. Questions about continued protective use, testing or replacement belong with the garment manufacturer and your workplace’s PPE program. Do not assume a clean-looking garment has been tested for safety.

Coveralls, uniforms and related services

Call about coveralls, work shirts, trousers and other washable uniforms. Give us the garment types and quantities so we can confirm suitability and service arrangements. For winter workwear or unusual fabrics, include the care label and a description of the item.

We also offer alterations, garment repairs, embroidery and patch installation. Discuss workplace requirements before changing protective clothing. If you need several services on the same order, tell the store when you enquire so the work can be considered together.

Stains, contamination and damaged garments

Tell us what caused a stain, whether it has been treated, and whether the garment has been exposed to anything unusual. Contact the store before bringing potentially hazardous or unknown contaminated items; acceptance must be confirmed.

Not every stain or odour can be fully removed. Results depend on the fabric, condition and contamination. If you have damaged reflective trim, worn fabric or a previous repair, identify it before service and consult your workplace about suitability for continued use.

An arrangement that fits your operation

For an individual worker, start with your collection deadline. For a commercial account, provide the pickup address, item types, estimated quantities, preferred service days and an account contact. These details let us discuss the order, pricing and schedule without guessing.

Commercial pickup and delivery is available by arrangement. Coverage, frequency, capacity and turnaround are confirmed with the store. Do not assume a remote site is on a collection route or that an urgent order is included in a regular schedule.

Confirm what will be accepted, how items should be prepared, where collection or drop-off will happen and when the order will be ready. Ask how you should flag changes in quantities or staff requirements. Estimates are free; prices are discussed directly with the store.
